The TIC journey opened with the NCDMB Technology Innovation Challenge Workshop. before Call for Applications, screening, physical judging, mentorship, Finale Day, incubation, and the Call for Applications in December.
Theme: “Stimulating Industry & Economic Growth through Indigenous Technology Innovation”
Stakeholder and capacity-building workshop advancing Research to Commercialization ahead of Call for Applications and the competitive TIC programme.
Open call for innovators from universities, research institutions, and young entrepreneurs to submit proposals for the Tech Innovation Challenge.
Following several stages of competition, these 15 finalist teams advanced to the TIC 2026 Final Event, where they competed through three rounds of live judging for a place in the Top 3.
